SOTECH Product Warranty

Any SOTECH catalog item found to be defective due to workmanship for a period up to one year or 2,000 hours [electrical components 6 months or 1,000 hours] from the date of delivery to the end user, will be replaced at no charge.

This warranty will be invalidated if product damage is found to be caused by misapplication of the product, careless handling, misuse, failure to operate or maintain in accordance with instructions, or any modification or repair not approved in writing by SOTECH.

“Maintenance-free” designated product guarantee constitutes the pneumatic feed and spindle mechanism only for a period of five (5) years or 10,000 hours, whichever comes first, when properly operated and serviced according to instructions.

SOTECH makes no other warranty except the expressed warranty herein. SOTECH specifically disclaims any implied warranties granted by state or local laws, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall SOTECH be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.
