Delivery Time
SOTECH will make every effort to have delivery made within the confirmed delivery time. If a delay should occur for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, severe weather, work stoppage, catastrophe, acts of war, or other unforeseen incident, SOTECH reserves the right to review and honor cancellations on a case by case basis. In these instances, SOTECH shall be held harmless from any claims for damages.

Freight & Packing Costs
The FOB point for all shipments is North Prairie, Wisconsin. All additional costs for freight and packing are to be paid by the purchaser. The amount will be charged separately on the invoice.
